Joss Stone, who plays Anne of Cleeves in The Tudors, will be returning to the show for its fourth (and final) season.  Joss is getting rave reviews for her turn as the fourth wife of King Henry VIII.  The show is slated to start filming the final season in Ireland next month.  To read more about Joss's return to the show, click here.

Lots to report today - so lets get to it!

Our review of episode six of The Tudors is now available.  You can view it by clicking here.  I have to give a huge thank you to everyone who emailed to let me know that it was the King's Fool who was with Henry during his crazy period last episode.  Thanks for filling me in with all the details!

There are only two more episodes of The Tudors this season.  I'm not sure why the episodes were cut from ten to eight - but the season finale will air on Sunday, May 24th.

The Tudors - video game?  You read right!  Showtime has licensed a video game to be made on the hit show The Tudors.  The game, which will be available for PC's in October, will have users solve a mystery that runs parallel to the show.  You can read more about the video game here.

I've received a lot of emails in the past 24 hours from people who were very touched by the music in episode four.  Particularly the scenes involving Henry and Jane.  The music, as with all of the score in The Tudors, is composed by the very talented Trevor Morris.  I've spoken with Trevor and he wants everyone to know that the music will be included on the soundtrack for the third season, if one is released.

Also, there was a great video segment on CNN recently discussing the letters between King Henry and Anne Boleyn.  I think the letters provide a great insight into their relationship and the segment by CNN was very well done.  If you'd like to view the video, click here.

As was expected, The Tudors has been renewed for season four.  It will begin filming in Ireland in June with a Spring 2010 airdate.  That's the good news.  The bad news?  This will be the final season of the show.  The hope for the show was always to run through all the wives of Henry.  This season we'll get through wives #3 and #4 while the final season will focus on Henry's marriages to his final two wives.

Although the fan demand is definitely there, there has been no word whether the show will extend past season four - maybe extending into Elizabeth's reign.

Don't forget to watch an all new episode of The Tudors this Sunday, April 19, at 9pm EST.
